Jupiter Bookkeepers was set up in 2011 by Moolchand Dubey who is a ex-banker with more than 30 years of Indian banking experience of dealing with small and medium business. He qualified in Manual Bookkeeping, Computerised Bookkeeping, Payroll Management and Self-Assessment from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and was winner of ICB's Luca Award as 'Student of the Year for 2011 based on his performance in the examinations.
